I love your Justin!Rage universe, and getting to see the guys just living the everyday drudge through to new years was unexpectedly sweet.
Brian adores his SonnyBoy. At times ALL children can be annoying, and ALL parents get irritable. Brian handled those moments well. :o)
Both their takes on the broken vase was poignant, and Justin's subtle assistance with Gus' teddy bear and the Milkshake at the mall didn't ever take Gus' attention off his father. Father and son were given space to bond.
I found it funny that they both saw each other as angels, but quickly revised it to demon spawn and Greek god. I think they rather prefer the less than angelic aspects of each other. I know I do. :o)
Deb's change of heart was unexpected. I'm glad though, I really did miss her. She is like the center all the others meet at. She grounds them all as one big dysfunctional family.
Daph! I love her. I loved this:
"(Brian) straightened, recognizing to his consternation that he wanted to make a good impression. He did. Her eyes widened. “Good one, Jus,” she grinned mischievously."
The last drabble, yay! I love my sexy men!
So, you still have to write about the taming of the shrew, aka Lindsay. You can't have that big black cloud hanging on the horizon, especially since we know Brian has a secret weapon: Sunshine!
