People are not perfect. Brian and Justin certainly are not. But, somehow, they are perfect for each other. As the previous reviewer said, you have allowed them to grow a bit, and they managed to do that in harmony with each other.
I love how they are moving on from the "Stud and his BoyToy", from "Brian Fucking Kinney and his Bashed Boy", even from "Brian and Justin - are they even a couple?"
Canon has Justin moving to NY, mostly to grow up and become more 'equal' to Brian. CowLip totally missed how Brian being brought down by the whole Stockwell fiasco ALSO brought both Brian and Justin up to a whole new level together.
I'm glad you have fixed that by writing the story from that point forward. Cowlip allowed them to slip back into old routines too easily.
I keep forgetting how well you write them, and each time I re-read these stories I get all happy inside. :o)
