Thanks, Angie. Because I'm working with S5, much of the situation with Gus won't really be explored till Homecoming. Not sure how realistic it will be, but to be honest, the legal niceties are not my concern - as long as what happens works with the characters. It would be nice to have the time to research it properly, but I just don't, and don't really feel the need to. Never seemed to bother the canon writers, anyway. *g*
