And that there were never any expectations of Michael to help support his daughter just pissed me off no end. Legally, I'd assume that since Michael had partial custody, *he's* the one who would be expected to pay, while Brian, who foolishly and generously gave up his rights, wouldn't owe support, since, you know, he doesn't have a child...
