Such a lovely picture of the loving couple! But also a sad picture of the time they were apart. I remember what it felt to every Sunday evening to leave my home and my husband. I always knew I would come back on Friday, but I always was afraid that, one Friday night, he would tell me that the next there would be no place for me to come back any more. And I know that he was afraid, too. That fear was the worst part of that time. There were many inconveniences - the long and boring travelling, the money it took and the rent, and the need to carry things around - but it was the fear that was too much in the end. I had to give up the job. Your writing brings back those emotions.
I know I have been silent for some time, but I intend to change that: I wanted to invite you to Ela's lounge.
The lounge is supposed to be a place to sit back, with a good virtual glass of wine, in a good company to discuss various things, without hurry. Take a look. If you find it interesting, come again. You can bring friends, if you like.
