I love this story - I love it so much more than the story I think it was based on although I don't remember the original being called 'Gifts of the Magi'.

But this is so creative (on your part and on Brian's and Justin's parts) the perfect solution. And Justin gets Brian to be a little less prickly and defensive and they both benefit even more. It will make a wonderful memory for them in years to come.

I sort of live in their story while I read your fics. Thank you so much for the immense pleasure you give me.
