Thanks, Connor. Yes, it's a funny balancing act, because I don't want them to ever be so perfect that it becomes boring (and also totally OOC given how prickly and difficult they both are), but I do want them to be able to learn and grow and for problems to sometimes bring them closer instead of always driving them apart as they seemed to in canon.
As for Deb and the Petersons - wouldn't it be fun?
But I suspect that Jenn and the Petersons might in some ways be funnier, because they'd see her and think she was a nice blond WASP lady who always minded her Ps and Qs and then the side that's been so influenced by all she's been through (not to mention Debbie's impact) would come out and I kind of think they may get a bit of a shock LOL
